Warranty & Assistance policy

A full and safe contract We deliver all our scanners with a 1-year “Warranty / Assistance” contract. This first year is free of charge for our customers. The “Warranty / Assistance” contract includes:
  • Hardware warranty (spare parts exchange or repair)
  • Technical assistance (support & diagnosis) by phone and e-mail via your local reseller or directly for direct customers
  • Software updates
2-years or more “Warranty / Assistance” contract can be ordered together with the scanner. 1-year extension “Warranty / Assistance” contract can also be purchased at the end of the initial “Warranty / Assistance” period.  Possible options For customers without “Warranty / Assistance” contract, we can propose:
  • TECHASSIST contract: technical assistance (support + diagnosis) during 1 year
    • Included: support & diagnosis (phone, email or remote maintenance)
    • Excluded: repair & spare parts (quotation)
  • EXTSOFT2 contract: software updates for 1 year
These two contracts can be directly subscribed with i2S if your local reseller does not propose you any assistance or updates, or if you are a direct customer
